My Royal 19th

Yes, yes. After thinking that I sounded like a whiny attention whore, I removed the previous post while in Wen Lee's house. And I got lectured for doing that by Miss Wen Lee. HAHA. So I reposted it. Since it feels like I'm being a bad sport if I remove it. Just leave it lah. It doesn't mean anything.

And you know, although I haven't been with my PM 12 classmates for very long, I realise that they really are the best college mates anyone can ever ask for. Somehow, they really show that they care about their friends, you know. HAHA Like today, I think some people *coughs "Wee Minn and Jason" coughs* were really worried about me. They were worried but they didn't know how to ask me about it. HAHA. I know they honestly wanted to help so thank you, you not-as-pro-as-I-am gamers! HAHAHA. Amelia, Jessie, Wei Wei, Wen Lee etc are considered their "sisters", but only today did I find out that I am accepted into their brotherhood as well, as a BROTHER. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Seriously, these two guys can really make me laugh like a mad cow lah. HAHAHAHA. Anyway, don't worry about me, all of you. I'll be fine, I always will. I'll get over it. I'm stronggggg. =D Yeah, in a pretty good mood right now, largely due to my sleep deprivation and the fact that my witty remark burned James. HAHAHAHA. I wanted to blog about my birthday celebration since my birthday but couldn't really find the mood so I'm going to try to do it now.

So, my awesome 19th birthday! Early in the morning, Dad gave me a massive angpow which made me really happy until he told me I have to treat my classmates. I was like "WHY? It's MY birthday!" HAHAHA But I was just joking lahhhh. Obviously I too want to treat them, for the fun of it. Went to college, in a good mood, FOR ONCE. HAHA. Was a pretty good college day, I remember. It wasn't as boring as it could be sometimes. Then for lunch, we walked a REALLY long way to Rakuzen, a Japanese restaurant. A super high-class one wei. HAHAHA. Wei Wei, Wen Lee and Jessie said they wanted to go to the Programme Office so we headed out first. I think there were 14 of us? Had fun with all the laughing, jokes, photo-snapping, good food, awesome company and pretty environment. Made so much noise that the other customers complained and the waiters had to tell us to keep it down. But I ended up not treating them much, 'cause my awesome mates said that I shouldn't treat them when it was my Dad's money and not mine. So I just paid for the sushi and drinks. Oh, and the Beauty, Miss Christina Gan joined us too. HAHA. That girl can light up a whole town. HAHAHA. And you know how much we ate? The bill was a shocking RM 300++. And let me tell you about two of the most awkwardly adorable people. The first one, TIGER TING ZHEN WEI. After eating and paying the bill, we were just sitting down and talking. Then she suddenly told all of us to stand up so that the waiters can "do something". So I stood up and expected us to leave, but Tiger suddenly came back and told us to sit back down. And I was puzzled so I asked why. And she was so funny, she was like "Just sit down and talk lah. More comfortable." She kept insisting for me to sit and I refused, until I saw the waiters brought plates and forks. Awkward much. Then realization dawned and since everyone was trying so kindly to keep it a surprise, I decided to be grateful and act stupid. HAHAHAHA. I was like "Okayyy, let's sit. Soooo, what were we talking about?" HAHAHAHA. Then they came with the awesomest cake with the awesomest wish on top of it. Turned out that the gullible me actually believed Jessie, Wei and Wen Lee went to the office but they actually went to get me a cake. Wei Wei especially walked so far for me, so touched. Usually that girl will complain like there's no tomorrow if she's made to walk far for lunch. HAHAHA. We ended up being late almost half an hour for out next period, Maths. After college, I went to meet up with Vi Vian for donuts! She treated me! And then, Miss Yen Yen fetched me home and she gave me a present! It was great that I at least, could see two wrinkly familiar faces. HAHAHAHAHA. Such a pretty ending. I didn't expect much for my birthday since it was on a weekday with everyone in college, having exams and my brother having tuition and all. But little did I know I have such awesome college mates and friends. Seriously. And the royally awesome day ended with Ying Nu Shi coming over and she taught me the skills for camwhoring with a mirror. HAHAHAHAHA.

And the second awkwardly adorable person is my Mum. That same night, she told me to wear nice clothes for dinner for the next day because we were going out to eat. And I was once again, puzzled. I asked "Why? It's only Thursday." Usually we only eat outside during the weekends. And she started stuffing her mouth with donuts and said "Don't talk to me, I'm very busy right now." And I just went "HUHHHHH?" and started laughing to myself on my way to my bedroom. It was so funny the way she said it. It's like *one eyebrow raised* Whatttt, she's too busy eating to tell me why? HAHAHAHA. So awkward but still so funny. And turned out they wanted to celebrate my birthday! HAHAHA. We went to a seafood restaurant we always frequent and blew a cake and celebrated there. It was fun. I got an amazing present from my big cousin brother, Mr Nigel Lee Deng Hoe. HAHA. He asked me what my favourite colour is on my birthday and I kind of had a clue as to what he was getting me but it was still too good to be true. But he did it. He really did it. HAHAHA. You'll see what I mean.

Alright, I've been putting this off for days. Firstly, I want to THANK EVERYONE WHO WISHED ME. THANK YOU. The wishes really meant a lot to me, because a lot of you stayed up really late just to wish me. Jason even texted me saying how he tried his very hardest to stay awake until 12 a.m., although he failed and ended up wishing me at about 11 p.m. The fact that you guys even  thought of wishing me is a big enough present for me. I didn't expect so many wishes since it was a school day and the day right AFTER college reopens for Taylor's. And some of my friends are having exams, and I know a lot of them are early sleepers.  Yet, they wished me at midnight. Unbelievable. And two mammals called me for half an hour. First  mammal, Miss Sal Lee attempted to sing me a birthday song except she was so busy talking that it sounded like this:

Sal: ~Happy birthday to you~
*started to chatter and laugh about everything for ten minutes*
      ~Happy birthday to you~
*started talking about her exams, her studies, my supper, my phone*
Me: Eh, continue the song lah.
Sal: ~Happy birthday to Rachelllllll~
*started talking about I-don't-even-remember-what for another ten minutes*
      ~Happy birthday to youuuuu!~
"That's the last line by the way."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. What kind of birthday song lasts for thirty minutes! HAHAHAHAHA. And then the second mammal, Miss Yeow Li Peng. HAHAHAHA. It started with my birthday wish, followed by a long, longgg story about how she felt guilty for tormenting a cat in a bank. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I was laughing so hard I couldn't eat my supper, thanks to not just them, but all the birthday texts as well. Seriously, I was fighting not to laugh while reading the texts. Sheesh. HAHAHAHA. Thanks to you guys, I ended up not eating supper and just laughing all the way to the bath. Naked. HAHAHAHA. TMI?

So anyway, your wishes mean a lot to me, just as much as presents do. If you got me a present, it is an added bonus! To all those who got me something (and I know some of you still owe me HAHAHAH), terima kasihhhh! To Deena the fourth Kim Kardashian HAHA, Yen the Barbarian, Aramis and bald Porthos (I really LOVE what you guys did okay, it's priceless), Jessie, Amelia, Tiger, Wen Lee and Pervert Wei Li (she treated me to lunch! Awesome or not HAHA). For those who owe me, I'm still waitingggg (even if "someone" is determined to create terms and conditions before I can get it). And for those who didn't, it's perfectly alright. Presents are sweet, but if I have to choose, I rather have you guys celebrate with me or just wish me than getting me a present and not being there with me. So thank you for all those who celebrated with me! I'm looking forward to a second celebration with the "chickens"! And just to make it clear, it doesn't matter what you got me, or whether it is expensive or not. Your intention is a big enough present for me. Really. And sorry for not taking a photo of the presents that Amelia, Jessie, Tiger and Wen Lee bought me. My Mum kept them away already. HAHA. But thank youuu! I know you guys really know my taste! HAHAHAHA.

So again, THANK YOU. It was an awesome birthday because I really didn't expect much since I thought I wouldn't be able to see my best friends. So you guys, thanks a lot. =D

And today, I went to Wen Lee aka Xiao Bai's house with Jason, Wee Minn, Ker Shiong, James and Weng Cheong. It was really fun. I'm glad I was invited, and that I went. I didn't want to at first, thinking I should sleep since I had "tuan yuan" dinner tonight. But well, I went anyway, and I had fun. Being accepted into the brotherhood with the forever alone guys HAHA, getting second place in Digimon Rumble Arena, getting my butt kicked in Naruto, Gran Turismo despite being such a pro, eating freshly-baked cookies by Wen Lee's kind big brother and meeting her awesome parents, exploring Wen Lee's bedroom, performed my rare but beautiful hula hoop dance HAHAHA, entered the bathroom when Wen Lee's mum was in there (awkwardddd), watching Wee Minn's skills in wrapping a bandage around his bleeding toe, watching Jason and Wee Minn having a "whose-toe-is-scarier" competition in public, teasing Wen Lee about all her funny pictures, eating Domino's pizzas and lastly, being judges for a beauty contest. We crowded in front of her computer and each person (except me since I have no such person) showed the Facebook profile photos of the girls AND guys that they think are the most good-looking. Then we started judging. HAHA Jason was like "Good-looking guys? OMG, CAN WE NOT DO THAT? I FEEL SO GAY." HAHAHAHAHAHA. That was really hilarious. Wen Lee and I found out that guys actually don't like the hot girls, preferring the decent, studious-looking ones. HAHAHAHA. Then the kindest Sze Ying came to Wen Lee's house to fetch me home. I am so used to calling Sze Ying "Ying Nu Shi" that I forgot her full name. HAHA. I was like "Lee Sze Ying! Wait, your surname is Lee right?" HAHAHAHAHA.

And yesterday, was Taylor's ECA drive. They had a lion dance performance. I was watching with Wee Minn and the lion dancers fell from the poles they were on. HAHAHAHA. I was like "They did that on purpose one!" HAHAHAHA. But it was pretty cool, very dramatic. Then I was waiting for Yin Li to fetch me home but her phone was out of battery so there was no way to contact her. I even called Kia Hooi out of desperation. I was worried that she had forgotten about me because this time, she was really late. I was holding an icy can of Coke and out of extreme stress, I was gripping the can really hard, and it got warm. HAHA. And despite my extreme stress, I still somehow could admire cars. I saw this Volkswagen and I was worrying, looking at every direction and then "Ooooohhh, a Volkswagen!" Then I resumed looking around worriedly and then "OMG, AN ORANGE LAMBORGHINI!" And there was this girl standing next to me the whole time, and I swear, SHE WAS ADMIRING MY SHOES. She kept looking at my shoes and smiling a little bit to herself. I looked at her, looked away, and sneakily glanced at her again. SHE WAS CLEARLY ADMIRING MY SHOES. So I kind of like posed my feet for her, without making it too obvious. HAHAHAHAHA Whatttt, I'm okay with anyone who appreciates awesomeness. HAHAHA. Oh, and I got home fine, thank you. Yin Li was stuck in a jam. HAHA. I tell you, almost 98% of my friends who drive all suffer from road rage. All the cursing and swearing in the car. Fuffff. HAHAHA. So far, I think the only one who remains perfectly calm is Vino. And that's because she's always too busy trying to understand what we're saying in the backseat. HAHAHAHA. She said she felt kind of left out like that. HAHAHAHAH.

So "tuan yuan" dinner was today. I finally saw Sylvester Saw, my other older cousin brother who has just returned from Birmingham, after two years. He looks so grown-up now that I was at a loss of words as to what to say to him. Not to mention I was so tired I almost dozed off on a WOODEN chair. WHAT. HAHA. People grow up really fast, don't they.

Alright, I think I may have left out a few details but my head is starting to hurt right now. So well, see ya soon.

  • Her Royal Majesty's birthday.

The chinese character means "King". It says, "King, happy birthday. You are awesome." I KNOW RIGHT. HAHAHAHA.

Yen's present! I forgot to snap a photo before my Mum kept it. HAHAHA. SORRY.

  • Tiger's birthday, a day right after mine! =D

  • My second royal birthday celebration with family.

YEP! This is what my awesome cousin brother gave me. Awesome or what!

  • Ker Shiong and Hui Jin's birthday and Xiao Bai's house.

HAHA They spelt Wen Lee's name wrongly.

Wee Minn's bleeding toeeeee.

*coughs* Looks familiar right, Poon? =D

Wen Lee, in another 20 years. HAHA.

AND I shall end this super long post with Wee Minn's forever alone drawing of me, with the help of Jason's phone.
